terms & conditions

Effective October 6, 2026

Welcome to Revive at The Parlor. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.reviveatp.com and your purchase of products, services, memberships, and trainings from Revive at The Parlor (“Revive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Mesa, Arizona. By using our website, booking an appointment, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

01eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on our website, book services, or join our membership. Clients under 18 may receive select services only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must be present at the appointment. Certain services are available only to adults and may require additional screening.

02products & online store — all sales final

No returns · No refunds · No exchanges

All product sales are final. Because our professional-grade skincare products are personal-care items, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges on any product purchased online, in-studio, or during a virtual consultation, whether opened or unopened. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at molly@reviveatp.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement of the same item at our discretion. This does not create a right to a refund or exchange.

Our products are professional formulations. Please follow the directions provided and the guidance of your Revive provider. Discontinue use and contact us if irritation occurs. We recommend a patch test before using any new product, and we are not responsible for reactions resulting from misuse, use contrary to our recommendations, or undisclosed sensitivities.

03orders, pricing & shipping

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax and shipping are added at checkout.
  • Your order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel any order, including for pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the amount paid for that order.
  • Product images and descriptions are provided for reference. Packaging may vary from what is shown.
  • We ship within the United States. Orders typically ship within a few business days of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Free shipping is offered on orders over $100 where indicated. Shipping promotions may change at any time.
  • Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. Please provide an accurate, secure shipping address; we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
  • In-studio pickup may be available by arrangement.

04appointments & services

Appointments may be booked online through our scheduling provider (Square), by phone, or in-studio. A valid card on file may be required to hold your appointment. Service descriptions, durations, and prices on our website are for information and may be adjusted by your provider based on your skin and consultation. Final pricing is confirmed at your appointment.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service if, in our professional judgment, it is not appropriate or safe for you, or if a client’s behavior is disrespectful or unsafe toward our team. In those cases, no fee will be charged for services not rendered.

Please arrive with a clean face when possible for facial and laser treatments, and follow any pre-treatment instructions we provide. Pre- and post-care guidance is part of your treatment; results depend on your adherence to it.

05cancellations, late arrivals & no-shows

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment or virtual consultation.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may be charged a late cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price, charged to the card on file.
  • No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service price, and a deposit may be required to book future appointments.
  • Late arrivals — if you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened to end on time and will be charged at the full price. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation.
  • Fees may be waived at our discretion for illness or emergencies. Please contact us as soon as possible.

06health disclosure, consent & results

Esthetic treatments such as chemical peels, microneedling, laser services, waxing, sugaring, and lash and brow services carry inherent risks, including redness, swelling, sensitivity, bruising, breakouts, pigment changes, or allergic reaction. Before treatment you agree to:

  • Complete our intake and consent forms honestly and fully.
  • Disclose all medical conditions, medications (including retinoids, antibiotics, and Accutane history), pregnancy or breastfeeding, recent sun exposure, allergies, and prior reactions.
  • Inform us of any changes to your health before each visit.
  • Follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions.

Withholding or misrepresenting information may make a treatment unsafe, and Revive is not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete disclosure.

Results vary. Every client’s skin responds differently. While we are committed to delivering excellent care, we cannot and do not guarantee specific results, the number of sessions required, or the duration of results. Treatment plans are recommendations based on our professional training and experience and are not medical diagnoses or medical advice. Please consult a physician for medical concerns.

07series, packages, deposits & gift cards

  • Series and packages (such as laser or Moveo series) are prepaid at a discounted rate and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, series expire 12 months from the date of purchase. If a provider determines you can no longer safely receive a treatment in a series, the remaining value may be applied as studio credit toward other services or products at our discretion.
  • Deposits and prepayments are non-refundable but are applied to the service or purchase for which they were made, subject to our cancellation policy.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law, and are not replaceable if lost or stolen. Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards.
  • Promotions may not be combined with other offers, member pricing, or discounts unless expressly stated.

08the revive society membership

The Revive Society is a recurring monthly membership. By enrolling you agree to the following:

  • Billing. The membership fee of $100 per month is charged automatically to your card on file on the same date each month until cancelled. You authorize these recurring charges.
  • Commitment. Membership requires an initial 3-month commitment, after which it continues month-to-month.
  • Cancellation. After the initial commitment, you may cancel at any time by contacting us before the 1st of the following month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. Membership fees already paid are non-refundable.
  • No rollover. Monthly services and benefits must be used within the month and do not roll over or accumulate.
  • Non-transferable. Membership benefits are for the enrolled member only and cannot be shared, gifted, or transferred.
  • Applying your investment. Your monthly fee may be applied toward eligible facial experiences, HydraFacial, or SkinPen Microneedling treatments, or toward professional skincare in-studio when a treatment is not the right fit that month. Laser services are excluded. Any price difference is due at the time of service.
  • Member pricing on skincare and laser services applies only while your membership is active and in good standing.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails, benefits are paused until the balance is paid. Accounts unpaid for 30 days may be cancelled.
  • Changes. We may modify membership benefits or pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

09virtual consultations

  • Virtual consultations require a $50 deposit at booking. The deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward products purchased during or immediately after your consultation.
  • Please submit your skin questionnaire and photos at least 48 hours before your appointment. Incomplete submissions may require rescheduling.
  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Missed consultations forfeit the deposit.
  • Virtual consultations provide skincare guidance and product recommendations only. They are not medical consultations and cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions.
  • Products recommended and purchased through a virtual consultation are subject to our all-sales-final policy in Section 2.

10training & the molly method

  • Eligibility. Trainings are offered only to licensed estheticians and cosmetologists, or students currently enrolled in an accredited esthetics or cosmetology program. We may request proof of licensure or enrollment and may decline registration if requirements are not met.
  • Payment. Training fees and deposits are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, contact us at least 7 days in advance and we will make reasonable efforts to transfer you to a future date once. Rescheduling within 7 days or failing to attend forfeits the fee.
  • Our cancellations. If we cancel or reschedule a training, you may choose a new date or a full refund of training fees paid.
  • Materials and tools. Training content, manuals, videos, templates, and The Molly Method tools and techniques are proprietary to Revive at The Parlor. They are licensed to you for use in your own professional practice only. You may not record, copy, share, resell, or teach the materials or method, or use the name “The Molly Method” to market trainings or products, without our prior written permission.
  • Certification. Any certificate of completion recognizes attendance and training and is not a professional license. You are responsible for complying with your state’s licensing laws and scope of practice.
  • Tool sales are final and subject to Section 2.

11payment plans

Where payment plans or financing are offered, they are provided by a third-party provider, and your use of them is subject to that provider’s terms, approval, and privacy policy. Revive is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. Products and services purchased with a payment plan remain subject to these Terms, including our all-sales-final and cancellation policies.

If you submit a review, testimonial, photo, or other content to us or tag us on social media, you grant Revive a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business, including on our website and social media. We will not use identifiable before-and-after photos taken in-studio for marketing without your separate written consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that product or service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

17indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revive at The Parlor and its owner, providers, and staff from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our products or website, or your failure to disclose accurate health information.

18governing law & disputes

  • If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
  • Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
  • These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any consent or intake forms you sign, are the entire agreement between you and Revive regarding their subject matter.
