02how we use your information
We use your information to:

03skin, health & photo information
To provide esthetic services safely, we ask about your skin, medical history, medications, and allergies. We treat this information as confidential, use it only to plan and deliver your care, and share it only with the providers on our team involved in your treatment, or as required by law.
Before-and-after photos are taken only with your permission. We will never post or share identifiable photos of you for marketing purposes without your separate written consent, which you may withdraw at any time by contacting us.
04how we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as Squarespace (website and online store hosting), Square (appointment scheduling and payment processing), email and text messaging platforms, website chat tools, video platforms used for virtual consultations (such as Zoom or FaceTime), and shipping carriers. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.
- Our team — the licensed providers and staff who deliver your services.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or regulatory authority, or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of our clients, team, or business.
- Business transfers — if our business is sold, merged, or reorganized, client information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- With your consent — for example, if you ask us to share a product plan with another provider or agree to be featured in a testimonial.
05email & text messaging
If you provide your phone number and opt in, we may send you text messages about appointment confirmations and reminders, order updates, and, with your consent, occasional promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Appointment and order messages may continue so we can serve you unless you ask us to stop.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link at the bottom of any email. We will still send transactional emails about your appointments, orders, and membership.
Mobile opt-in information and consent is never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
06cookies & analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working (for example, remembering your shopping cart), understand how visitors use the site, and measure the performance of our content and advertising. Our website platform, Squarespace, and analytics tools we may use set these cookies.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect features such as the cart or booking flow. For details on the cookies Squarespace uses, see Squarespace’s cookie policy.

Payments for products, services, memberships, and trainings are processed by third-party payment processors such as Square and Squarespace Payments. Your full card number is transmitted directly to the processor and is not stored on our website or in our studio systems. The processor’s handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy. Recurring membership payments are charged to the card you keep on file with our processor.
08how long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as you are a client and as needed to provide services, maintain treatment records, meet licensing, tax, and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Treatment and consent records are retained in line with Arizona professional record-keeping expectations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
09how we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted website connections, reputable hosting and payment providers, and limiting access to those who need it.
